Return Policy


After you place your order we begin processing it immediately. Before your order enters the painting process, it may be possible to cancel or change your order, but once your order enters into the painting process, it cannot be canceled. Reach out immediately to in case you want to cancel your order.


Make sure you contact us first before returning an order. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, give you detailed instructions on how to properly return your item. Any claims for mispainted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
  • Please be sure the original packing material is included. We will be unable to process your return if your painting is not packed properly to avoid damage to the painting and its box and/or package. Returned orders must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation. This includes any physical alteration to the painting.
  • If you qualify for a refund, the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) will be refunded to you, once we have received the returned item.

Damaged package

If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted the package, and then discover that it has been damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.
